Vegetable Casserole

Cook till tender:

  • 5 carrots, sliced
  • 2 medium onions

1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, drained

Make sauce of :

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Add 1 cup shredded cheese.

In casserole, put layer of spinach, then layer of cooked carrots and onions, then sauce. Repeat till used all of  ingredients.

Top with 1 1/2 cups buttered soft bread crumbs.

Bake in 350° oven for 15-20 minutes.
