Acorn Squash Bake

  • 1 acorn squash
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Clean squash and cut in half. Turn halves upside down in pan of water. Place butter in each half. Sprinkle vanilla, then sugar, on each and top with a pinch of cinnamon on each. Bake about 10 minutes upright at 350°.

Makes 2 servings.
