Let your veterinarian make the diagnosis.

Don’t keep your dog where it may be too hot or too cold.

Make sure the food is palatable.

The drinking water, as well as the food, should be sodium free. If your water softener system utilizes sodium, you may have to use other water for drinking.

Reduce the exercise almost to the point of cage rest.

Give medications you may be using as directed.
