Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/3 cup sweet milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 cup pecans

Mix together potatoes, sugar, 1 stick oleo, sweet milk, vanilla and eggs.

Topping: Mix brown sugar, flour, oleo and pecans and sprinkle on top of potatoes.

Bake 30 minutes.
