Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 package frozen broccoli
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Saute chopped onion in oleo; add broccoli and let cook until it separates. Add soup and Cheez Whiz. Stir good. Add cooked rice and mix well. Put in casserole and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325°

Freezes real well.
