Mrs. Willard Hageman
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Pour milk over coconut; set aside while creaming butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat mixture well. Turn; add milk and coconut and flavoring.
Pour into unbaked pie shell; bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until pie is golden brown.
