Fresh Apple Cake

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 cup finely chopped fresh apples
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chopped dates

Cream sugar and salad oil; add eggs, one at a time, while beating well. Add in gradually flour, sifted with salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add apples, vanilla, nuts and dates dredged in flour.

Mix well and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
