  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Cream together sugar and oleo until fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, soda, baking powder and nutmeg.

Mix until well blended. Drop teaspoons of dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes. Cool.

Makes about 4 dozen.
