  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cup pecans

Mix all ingredients together; cook over medium heat to soft-ball stage, sitting constantly. Cool slightly, then beat until mixture begins to thicken.

Drop candy rapidly by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Form patties. If candy gets too thick to drop, add a little water.
