Coconut Pound Cake

  • 1 lb Miracle Whip oleo
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 3 cup flour
  • 9 eggs
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) can coconut
  • 1//4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp rum
  • 1/4 tsp coconut

Cream oleo and sugar; add flour and eggs alternately, beginning with flour and 3 eggs at a time. Add coconut; bake in tube pan at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours.
