- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
Mix all together; pour in greased and floured pan (13 x 9 inches) and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Icing:
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 3/4 stick oleo, melted
Mix together cocoa and oleo; gradually add powdered sugar while mixing. Add enough evaporated milk to spread. Pour over cake.
Cut and serve from pan.
