Hot Mustard Sauce

  • 3 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • yellow food coloring

Blend mustard and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over slow heat, stirring constantly for 4 minutes, or until sauce thickens.

Delicious for ham or smoked meats.
