Peach Cheese Delight Salad

  • 2 package orange Jello®
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup peach juice
  • 1 No. 2 1/2 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 No. 2 1/2 can sliced peaches
  • 3/4 cup marshmallows

Drain peaches and pineapple. Mix hot water in Jello® and add the juices then add fruit. Top with marshmallows.

Topping:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup juice

Mix and put in saucepan, stir and cook until medium thick, about 2 minutes. Cool. Pour this topping over congealed salad. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
