- 1 package instant Pistachio pudding mix
- 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
Mix together and fold in 9 ounce container Cool Whip. Add handful miniature marshmallows and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
Freeze. May be used for dessert or salad.
