Congealed Tuna Salad

  • 1 package lemon jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 tsp grated onion
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can tuna fish
  • 3/4 cup celery
  • 3/4 cup cucumber (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives

Dissolve jello in hot water, add cold water, lemon juice and salt. Let set to congeal slightly. Take out and beat until fluffy. Fold in other.

Let stand stand for a few hours.
