Asparagus Casserole

Butter bottom of casserole. Put layer of cracker crumbs then layer of:

  • 1 can of asparagus
  • 1 can of mushroom soup
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 small bottle of pimento
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb grated cheese
  • Slivered almonds

Repeating this by layers until all ingredients are used up. Sprinkle cracker crumbs or grated cheese on top.

Cook in moderate oven 30 minutes.
