Broccoli Mushroom Supreme

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 package frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can chopped mushrooms
  • 1 roll garlic cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Saute celery and onion in butter; add broccoli. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add soup, mushrooms, cheese and 1/2 cup crumbs; season. Pour into greased casserole; sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs.

Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve 8 to 10 people.
