Ranch Style Beans

  • 1/2 cup chopped Bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 2 Tbsp molasses or brown sugar
  • 1 small jar piccalilli
  • 1/2 cup chopped, sweet pickles
  • 1 Tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 cans Ranch style beans

Saute onion and Bell pepper in 1 tablespoon oil. Add sugar, pickles, juice, mustard, piccalilli and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes and add beans and cook slowly for 45 minutes.
