Martha Tucker
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 onion or 1 cup chopped green onion
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 3 cups grated cheese
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups parsley or 1/2 cup dried
Mix grated cheese with warm rice. Mix eggs and oil, and add other ingredients. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
