Cook 1 hen and pick off bone. Soak 2 cups rice in six cups broth and 2 teaspoons turmeric overnight. Saute in 1 cup oil;
- 2 Bell peppers
- onions
- 3 garlic buds
Place chicken on bottom, add 1 can whole tomatoes, cut up. Add onion mix, broth mix and bake in 350° oven 1 1/2 hours. Add 1 can English peas, drained and 1 small jar pimento.
Heat and serve.
