Baked Squash

Ruby Barron Larde

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked squash
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 egg well beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese

Mix and place in baking dish. Sprinkle on top a cup of toasted bread crumbs.

Bake at 300° for 25 minutes.
