- 2 1/2 cups cooked squash
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
Mix and place in baking dish. Sprinkle on top a cup of toasted bread crumbs.
Bake at 300° for 25 minutes.
