- 4 medium yams, cooked
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
Mash yams in large bowl and beat in eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons melted butter and salt. Place into 1 quart casserole dish. Arrange pecan halves on top, sprinkle with remaining butter.
Bake uncovered at 375° for 20 minutes.
