Mock Filet Mignon

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire© sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Uncooked bacon slices

Combine meat with rice and all seasoning. Divide into individual size balls and wrap bacon around it, securing with toothpick. Place on baking dish and pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup over it.

Bake at 450°.
