Nita Odom
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 cup dry elbow macaroni
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 Bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/4 cup sweet milk
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients, season to taste, let set 4 hours, or overnight.
Cook 1 hour at 350°.
