Pork Chop Casserole

  • 1 Medium sized green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can beef consomme’
  • Pork chops

Saute onion and pepper in 3/4 stick oleo. Add rice, beef consomme’ and soup. Top with browned pork chops and bake at 350° with a cover for one hour.
