Martha Tucker
- 1 Medium sized green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can beef consomme’
- Pork chops
Saute onion and pepper in 3/4 stick oleo. Add rice, beef consomme’ and soup. Top with browned pork chops and bake at 350° with a cover for one hour.
