- 8 large Irish potatoes, sliced round
- 2 can cream style corn
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 medium onions, sliced round
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
Place in layers in large greased casserole – potatoes, onions, corn and sausage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add another layer to top with the tomato sauce.
Bake at 350° until potatoes are done.
