Homestead Casserole

  • 1 (9 oz) pkg, frozen, cut green beans, cooked & drained
  • 1/2 cup pearl onions, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 lb, Velveeta© cheese, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped pimento
  • 3 cup hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 lb pork sausage links, cooked and drained

Combine green beans, onions and pimento. In a 2 quart casserole, layer half the potatoes, sausage and cheese. Top with remaining potatoes, combined vegetables, remaining sausage and cheese.

Cover, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
