Shellie Futch
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 Bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 1/2 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
- 1 cup raw rice
- 4 cup boiling water
Brown sausage until done, drain, put in large pan 9 x 15 inches and add onions, pepper, rice, celery, dry soup mix and pimento. Mix well. Add hot water and remix.
Bake covered with foil for 45 minutes in 350° oven.
Can be frozen and reheated.
