- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup salmon liquid, plus milk
- 1 cup medium white sauce
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp minced green pepper
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
Mix ingredients together. Add one tablespoon lemon juice to 2 cups (1 pound) salmon, which has been flaked. Fold salmon into other ingredients.
Spoon into buttered mold or loaf pan (1 quart size).
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Top with favorite sauce.
