Avis Waller
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter or oleo
- 3 eggs
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup cherries
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients and bake in three layers. Ice with favorite icing.
