- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 medium bananas, mashed
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz) can coconut
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 cup Wesson oil
Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add everything else and stir with a spoon (do not beat).
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan (or any kind).
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 and 30 minutes.
Glaze:
- 1 Tbsp oleo
- 3 Tbsp pineapple juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Beat and spread over cake while still warm.
