- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup coconut
Cream oleo, sugar, cocoa well. Blend in flour, baking powder. Stir in nuts and coconut.
Bake in an oblong pan 35 or 40 minutes at 350°. While hot, spread one jar marshmallow cream over entire cake.
Have ready:
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 5 Tbsp Pet milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Spread over the marshmallow cream, swirling the two together.
