Rubye Ludwig
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup nuts, cut fine
- 2 small jars apricot tapioca pudding
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix sugar and oil, add eggs and baby food, vanilla and flour. Add nuts last. Pour into a greased tube pan. Place in oven. Turn oven to 350° and bake for 1 hour.
