Mrs. La Rue Hearn
- 1 package white cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup drained strawberries
- 1 package strawberry Jello©
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
Combine all in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Beat 2 minutes. Bake 24 – 30 minutes in 3 eight-inch layers. Line pans with waxed paper and grease and flour.
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter or 1 stick oleo, softened and creamed with 1 box powdered sugar. Add in 1/2 cup drained strawberries.
