Jelly Cookies

  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 5 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 egg yolks

Cream butter and sugar and add 1 tablespoon vanilla and yolks and then add flour. Chill dough and roll into small balls, make dent, add jelly in dent.

Bake at 325° in oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
