New England Pecan Pie

Mrs. Elgin Dean

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 1 cup white Karo® syrup
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp flour

Beat eggs, add sugar and flour mixture. Combine the other ingredients.

Bake in an unbaked pie shell, at 350° about 45 minutes or 1 hour.
