Mrs. Maxine Gillum
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- Whipped cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 baked pie shell
With mixer, blend well – butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each. Melt chocolate, blend with above mixture. Pour into pie shell. Chill well, at least 2 or 3 hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
