Fruit Pizza

  • 1 (8 oz) package refrigerated sugar, slice & bake cookies
  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Assorted fruits
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch thick slices. Line 14 inch pizza pan with slices overlapping slightly. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Cool.

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Blend well.

Spread over cookie crust. Arrange fruit layer over cream cheese. Glaze with combined marmalade and water.

Chill . Cut in wedges.

10 to 12 servings.
