Pineapple and Banana Dessert

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 sticks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 slices bananas
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large Cool Whip container

Make a graham cracker and butter crust – sprinkle pecans on this in a long dish. Beat eggs, sugar, oleo and vanilla and put on top of crust. Add sliced bananas and drained pineapple. Top with Cool Whip, make a day before your serve, so it will cut better.
