Strawberry Delight

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 pint whipped cream
  • 1 (16 oz) frozen thawed package strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Mix flour, brown sugar and oleo (melted) and put in 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Save 1/3 cup crumbs for top. Beat sugar, lemon juice and egg whites at high speed for 20 minutes; add strawberries; fold in whipped cream. Pour over crumbs. Sprinkle the 1/3 cup crumbs on top and freeze.
