- 1/4 cup chopped green hot pepper
- 6 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 bottle Certo
- 1 cup Bell peppers
- 1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a rolling boil and cook 7 minutes. Take off heat, let set 5 minutes. Add 1 bottle Certo. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. Add drops of green food coloring until wanted shade of green.
Very good with meats or served on crackers for parties
