Spinach Dip

Peggy Ginn, F.H.S.

  • 1 package Knorr® vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 package spinach, drained and paper towel dry until all liquid possible is removed
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s® mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve with 1 package Hawaiian bread.
