Spinach Dip

Jatis Skains, D.H.S.

  • 1 Knorr® vegetable soup mix
  • 2 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip®
  • 1 cup water chestnuts, sliced and chopped
  • 2 bunches green onion, chopped

Stain water chestnuts. Chop onions. Squeeze water from thawed spinach. Mix sour cream, Miracle Whip and soup mix. Combine other ingredients. Let set in refrigerator.

Make 1 day ahead. Serve on sliced Hawaiian King’s bread.
