Chili Dip

Jatis Skains, D.H.S.

  • 1 can plain chili
  • 1 can tamales
  • 1 lb sharp cheese
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire® sauce
  • Dash of Tabasco®

In crock pot, mix chili and mashed tamales until heated. Add grated cheese, then other ingredients. Stir constantly, until cheese is melted. Decrease heat on crock pot to SIMMER.

Serve hot using Fritos or potato chips for dipping.
