- 2 cups red beans
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 tsp jalapeno sauce
Mash beans. Add enough liquid to make dipping consistency in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortillas or use as cold sandwich spread.
