- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cup carrots, coarsely grated
- 1 Tbsp onion, minced
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Chill overnight. Good on bread or crackers.
