Salsa Sauce

  • 6 lb 6 oz tomatoes
  • 3 oz green onions
  • 1 lb 11 oz green chilies (mild), chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp oil
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup parsley flakes
  • 3/4 oz onions (instant), chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
