- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped salad olives
- 2 Tbsp. olive juice
- Salt
Blend all the ingredients, except olive juice. Add the juice, one tablespoon at a time. Add salt sparingly as olive juice is salty. Add dash of pepper. Store in refrigerator. Will keep at least two weeks.
