- 3 cups Bisquick®
- 1 lb. hot pork sausage
- 10 oz sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Let sausage get to room temperature. Crumble sausage; mix with grated cheese. Add Bisquick®, 1 cup at a time. Form into balls about 1 inch.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes, until browned.
Makes about 7 dozen.
