Cheese Ball

  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 4 oz package chive cheese
  • 2 oz Bleu or Roquefort cheese
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 shakes of cayenne peppers
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire®sauce
  • Dash of Tabasco®
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • Chopped parsley
  • Chopped pecans

Place all ingredients, except parsley and pecans, in bowl of food processor or mixer and blend well. Shape in roll an roll in parsley and pecans.

Store in refrigerator for 3 days to let flavors explode.
